President & CEO
Steve is responsible for the leadership and growth of IntraSpect Advisors. He is a highly accomplished and motivated Senior Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 28 years of success in the insurance, healthcare, and management consulting industries. Leveraging extensive experience with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, Steve is a valuable asset for companies seeking expert assistance with Human Resources, vision, growth, process change, pre-acquisition assessment, post-acquisition culture, change facilitation, and systems integration. His key areas of expertise include leadership, coaching, mentoring, organizational alignment, enterprise risk management, negotiation skills, and human capital assessment and development. His skills include excellence in leadership, communication, sales and sales management, customer service, training and personnel development.
Steve has a successful background in sales, leadership and general management at senior levels with Fortune 500 financial services organizations. He also served as National Director of Training & Development for a Fortune 250 financial services firm. As a certified facilitator, he has developed and delivered several training programs. He is know as a team player, visionary leader, mentor and speaker. Steve is a seasoned professional committed to advancing individuals and organizations. He is married and lives in Destin, Florida.
Michael Lepper

Mike is responsible for the financial oversight of IntraSpect Advisors. In addition, he will be providing consulting services to our clients and providing his financial perspective to those clients requesting his counsel. Mike has over 40 years of business experience in operational matters as well as financial management. He is licensed by the SEC and FINRA and has vast planning experience. He has been a workout specialist with experience in retail, energy, manufacturing, and financial services. His experience and general knowledge make Mike a valuable resource to help our clients craft their business solutions.
